Terms of use

Zed360 helps customers find businesses and helps businesses be found. It introduces the two; it is not a party to anything you agree between you.

• Zed360 does not sell, deliver, or guarantee any product or service listed on it.
• Zed360 does not take or hold payments between customers and businesses. You pay the business directly.
• Prices, availability, opening hours, and descriptions are provided by each business and can be wrong or out of date. Confirm them with the business before you rely on them.

We review a business before it appears, and we label specific checks, such as a confirmed contact. A check means only what its label says. It is not a promise about the quality of the work, and being listed is not a recommendation. Use your own judgement, as you would with any business.

Zed360 is new and still being tested. Features may change, stop working for a time, or be removed. We provide the service as it is and do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we cannot promise it always will be.

• Post only real requests for something you actually need.
• Do not put private details, yours or anyone else’s, in a request. Businesses can read it.
• Keep your private request link to yourself. Anyone who has it can see and change your request.
• Write reviews only about a business you chose through Zed360, and keep them honest and about your own experience.

• List only a business you own or are authorised to represent.
• Keep your information true and current, including prices, availability, and where you serve.
• Use only photos and text you have the right to use. You let Zed360 display them to promote your listing.
• Respond to customers honestly, and do not use a request for anything other than answering it.
• Do not write, buy, or arrange reviews of your own business.

• Pretending to be another person or business.
• Scams, illegal goods or services, or anything unsafe.
• Harassment, threats, or hateful content.
• Spam, or collecting other people’s details from the site.
• Trying to break, overload, or get around the site’s protections.

We may decline a business, ask for corrections, remove content, hold a review back, or suspend a listing or account when these terms are broken or someone may be harmed. We record the reason. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and we will look again.

Because Zed360 only introduces customers and businesses, it is not responsible for the goods, services, conduct, or statements of anyone you meet through it, or for loss that follows from your dealings with them. Nothing here removes rights the law of Zambia gives you that cannot be removed by agreement.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. They are governed by the laws of Zambia.
